Handy held punch vibrator (Surface finish)
product enquiry form
The EXEN Handy Held Punch Vibrator is a compact, high-performance tool specifically designed for surface finishing and air bubble removal on slope faces, narrow molds, and thin concrete elements. Crafted from durable die-cast aluminum and featuring a double-insulated, double-damped motor, this vibrator ensures safe operation and enhanced comfort for the user—especially when dealing with stubborn air pockets in tight or vertical surfaces.
Its powerful vibration is transmitted through a punch plate directly attached to the motor, making it ideal for secondary concrete products such as soil-retaining panels, shelf plates, U-shaped ditches, revetments, and other civil engineering surfaces. Weighing around 8 kg, the punch vibrator is lightweight and easy to operate, even on challenging sites. The vibration head is easy to replace via four simple bolts, ensuring minimal downtime during maintenance.
Additional features include a fluororesin-coated intake and bearing case for easy cleaning, a built-in dustproof filter to protect the motor in dusty environments, a shutoff brush system to prevent electrical damage from brush wear, and a specially shaped exhaust system that reduces motor noise by up to 5 dB compared to earlier models. Rubber dampers in both the handle and motor mount reduce vibration transmission, minimizing fatigue and enhancing worker safety.
Available in various shaft and head sizes (including models like E32DP and E32DPS), the Handy Held Punch Vibrator is the perfect choice for professionals needing a reliable, user-friendly, and precise solution for surface finishing in concrete construction.
