VIBACK – Front assembly VB series

product enquiry form

The EXEN VIBACK Front Assembly VB Series is a powerful, labor-saving dam-use vibrator system designed for concrete placement in hard-to-reach, confined areas where conventional hydraulic shovels cannot operate. This specialized front assembly mounts directly onto 7- or 13-ton base machines, transforming them into efficient concreting tools with four, six, or eight high-performance hydraulic vibrators. The VB Series features a slewing system that allows precise positioning of the vibrators without moving the base machine, enabling smooth concrete placement in vertical, narrow, or cornered spaces. Equipped with the robust HIB150HDL hydraulic vibrator, the unit ensures effective compaction of low-slump, coarse aggregate concrete, with minimal transmission of vibration to the base machine thanks to its unique dual damping structure. The compact manifold-type hydraulic piping enhances safety and operator visibility, while the abrasion-resistant ductile cast iron vibrator tip guarantees durability against harsh dam concrete conditions. Easily integrated into existing excavators and quickly detachable after use, the VIBACK system enhances operational efficiency, reduces labor, and delivers consistent, high-quality concrete compaction in dam construction projects.

our consultancy approach

Mayibongwe Minerals is driven by a clear objective which is to help processing operations become more reliable, safer, and more efficient through sound engineering and appropriate technology.

We believe sustainable performance comes from understanding systems properly, applying the right tools, and designing solutions that work long after installation.

tailings reprocessing and valorisation projects

We support tailings reprocessing and valorisation projects, helping clients unlock value from legacy waste while considering environmental and re-use opportunities. This includes sampling, test work, flowsheet development, pilot-scale concepts, and modular plant strategies.

battery minerals and green metals processing

We are also active in battery minerals and green metals processing, supporting early-stage and developing projects through test work, flowsheet development, techno-economic assessments, and processing design for lithium, graphite, cobalt, and related materials.

digital and automated mineral processing initiatives

As part of modernising processing operations, we assist with digital and automated mineral processing initiatives, including plant audits, digital readiness assessments, sensor integration, data capture, and optimisation strategies aimed at improving control, maintenance, and decision-making.
