Compact feeder (Inverter resonance feeder)

product enquiry form

The EXEN Compact Feeder (Inverter Resonance Feeder) is a precision vibration-based transport system designed for the controlled conveyance of fine powders and small workpieces in industries such as food, chemical, and general manufacturing. Utilizing a stainless-steel structure and the EKM1.1-2P compact vibration motor, this feeder combines a clean, dust-proof design with efficient, low-noise operation. Unlike traditional feeders, its resonance-based vibration mechanism, coupled with inverter control, allows for flexible adjustments in feed rates to match varying on-site requirements.

Ideal for inspection lines or applications where uniform spreading of materials is critical, the compact feeder uses a resonance spring system that delivers smooth, scattered motion, minimizing overlap and enhancing visual inspection accuracy. The unit’s vibration table structure supports interchangeable troughs of different sizes, and can even be sold separately for custom integration.

With sanitary SUS304 construction, optional inverter control panel (MFC-1), and reliable performance in both powder transport and delicate component handling, EXEN’s compact feeder offers a versatile and hygienic solution for modern production lines.

Vibration table can be sold individually
If a trough is made in your company, the vibration table can be sold separately. In that case, the indispensable prerequisite is that the trough weight shall be approximately in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and the inverter shall be used.
